    Spicy Maple Sweet Potato “Fries”

    This is a terrific side dish. Colorful, healthy, and delicious.

    2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
    2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
